A large, regional law firm is seeking a corporate associate(s) with three to five (3-5) years of experience in corporate and M&A work.  The ideal candidate will have experience in general corporate work, including corporate governance and corporate finance, mergers and acquisitions, securities regulations and filings, and public and private equity.  Candidates must have experience with due diligence and in handling large, complex transactions, including negotiating and drafting all necessary documents.  Experience in franchising and in franchise regulatory matters would be a plus.  First-rate experience, including large-firm experience, and outstanding academic credentials required.
