Nashville-based healthcare company is seeking an Associate Counsel to join its legal department.  The ideal candidate will have a minimum of five years’ experience general corporate law, mergers and acquisitions, intellectual property, credit financing transactions, and healthcare.  Duties will include negotiating, drafting, and reviewing contracts and contract-related documents, including software licensing agreements, asset purchase agreements, stock purchase agreements, credit agreements, supply contracts, and customer contracts.  The Associate Counsel will also be tasked with managing the company’s intellectual property portfolio.

Healthcare industry experience and in-house experience preferred, but not required.

Candidates must have outstanding professional and academic credentials.  Excellent compensation, including bonus potential.
