A large, regional law firm is seeking a commercial real estate associate(s) from the Classes of 2009, 2010, and/or 2011 to join its practice group.  Ideal candidates must have demonstrable experience in real estate transactions involving the acquisition, disposition, financing, and leasing of commercial properties, including retail and mixed-use developments, hospitality developments, office buildings, and multi-family housing projects.  Experience with financial transactions, including project financing, agency financing, and mezzanine debt required.  Top-notch experience, including large-firm experience, and outstanding academic credentials required.
